Mn, Fe, K, Na, and P contents in some Tricholoma (Fr.) staude (tricholomataceae) taxa from central Anatolia, Turkey

Özet
The concentrations of Mn, Fe, K, Na and P were analysed in wild edible and inedible Tricholoma (Fr.) Staude taxa [T. orirubens Quél, T. imbricatum (Fr.) P.Kumm., T. columbetta (Fr.) P.Kumm., T. cedretorum (Bon) A.Riva var. cedretorum and T. anatolicum H.H. Doǧan & Intini] from Turkey by ICP-AES equipment. The highest Mn, K, and Na concentrations were determined as 113, 65266 and 3450 mg.kg-1 in T. orirubens respectively. The highest Fe and P concentrations were determined as 3215 and 10883 mg.kg-1 in T. columbetta. © by PSP.
