Özet
The concentrations of Pb, Cd, Mn, Cu, Bi, Cr, Zn, Al, Fe, Ag, Tl, V, B, Ba, Ni, Co, and In were analysed in wild Cortinarius (Pers.) Gray taxa [C. subvalidus Rob. Henry, C. elagantior (Fr.) Fr., C. flavopallidus (M.M. Moser) M.M.Moser, C. melanotus Kolchbr and C. sulphureus Lindgr] from Turkey by ICP-AES equipment. The highest Al and Fe concentrations were determined as 4691 and 3143 mg.kg-1 in C. elegantior, respectively. The highest Cr, Cu, and Zn concentrations were determined as 46.29, 44.27 and 70.29 mg.kg-1 in C. flavopallidus, respectively. Boron concentration was only detected as 9.82 mg.kg-1 in C. subvalidus in which the highest Bi level was also detected as 6.97 mg.kg-1. The Tl, V, B, Ba, Co, and In concentrations were not detected in many of studied mushroom samples. © by PSP.
