Özet
Recurrent painful ophthalmoplegic neuropathy is a rare disorder characterized by repeated attacks of paresis of one or more ocular cranial nerves, with ipsilateral headache. We describe a 24-year-old man with recurrent painful ophthalmoplegic neuropathy and oculomotor nerve palsy, in whom clinical features and magnetic resonance imaging fndings on pre and post treatment period.
