With the emergence of the Industry 4.0 concept, such as IoT, cloud computing, big data analytics, use of smart sensors, robotics, and more, various industries, such as organizations, are implementing innovative technologies in IoT for competitive advantage and future sustainable supply chain applications. IoT creates an intelligent environment that uses collected information to make critical infrastructure components more informed, interactive, and well-performing. With IoT applications, organizations can respond quickly to customer demand, increase productivity, enable stakeholders to make faster decisions in real time, and improve the production process.
