Özet
We propose a new discrete model by combining the Poisson and transmuted record type exponential distribution. Its main statistical properties are studied. The new distribution is considered for modeling purposes with its parameter estimated by four classical methods under complete and censoring sample. We provide two applications to real biological data sets. Finally, we proposed a new count regression model alternatively Poisson and negative binomial regression models and provide two applications.
