Özet
Enamel demineralization and white spot lesions often occur during orthodontic treatment due to prolonged exposure to bacterial plaque due to poor oral hygiene. The aim of this case report is to convey the aesthetic treatment of the teeth of a patient who has deep demineralization areas in her anterior teeth and is not satisfied with her old fillings. 20 years old, healthy female patient applied to our clinic stating that she complained about the appearance of her anterior teeth. Result of inspection; It was observed that the patient had secondary caries and widespread white spot areas. Resin infiltration method was applied for the white spot areas. However, considering the deepness of the demineralization areas, restorations with aesthetic resin composites were decided. The old resin restorations were aesthetically renewed. In the control session 10 days later, it was observed that the patient's expectations were met in terms of aesthetics and functionality.
