Özet
Dental fluorosis (DF) is a developmental disorder of tooth enamel caused by repeated exposure to high fluoride concentrations during tooth development, leading to subsurface porosities in the enamel. DF produces images ranging from white opaque bands to brown pitted lesions in enamel. The aim of this case report is; To explain the minimally invasive treatment of aesthetic problems caused by dental fluorosis with microabrasion, whitening and resin infiltration system. Minimally invasive combined (microabrasion, whitening, resin infiltration) treatment methods were preferred for the aesthetic appearance of the teeth of a systemically healthy 22-year-old female patient who applied to our clinic. In the first session, a mixture of phosphoric acid and pumice was applied with periodontal elastics, and microabrasion and office bleaching treatment were applied. In the second session, resin infiltration treatment was performed. Immediately after the resin infiltration treatment, a visible color difference and enamel transparency were achieved in aesthetic problems. In order to observe the continuity and effectiveness of the positive results of this treatment, it is necessary to follow up the patients and to conduct clinically controlled studies on this subject.
