Özet Direct composite resin restorations can be applied in the treatment of shape and position disorders in the anterior region. This case report was made to explain the procedures to be done to treat aesthetic problems in the anterior region by using veneer with the direct method. In the medical history taken from the 32-year-old male patient who applied to our clinic with aesthetic complaints, it was learned that he did not have disease. It was decided to restore the teeth aesthetically with direct resin composite restoration. After the restoration was completed, finishing and polishing operations were carried out. In the clinical evaluation made after 10 days; the physical properties, marginal integrity and aesthetic properties of the restorations were checked. In the control session, it was determined that the restorations met the aesthetic expectations of the patient. According to the evaluations obtained from this case report may be an alternative aesthetically.
