Özet
The change of place between two permanent teeth in the dental arch is defined as "tooth transposition". This tooth anomaly, which is not very common, mostly affects the maxillary permanent canines. This condition, which causes deformity and appearance of the teeth in the upper jaw anterior region, is seen as one of the most difficult dental anomalies to treat. While various treatment options related to dental transpositions are mentioned in the literature, one of the treatment options is aligning the teeth in the transposed position with orthodontic treatment and then making them look like natural teeth with prosthetic or restorative procedures. In this case report, aesthetic rehabilitation with composite veneer and zirconium supported porcelain full crown of a female patient whose right maxillary central and lateral teeth were aligned in transposition with orthodontic treatment is discussed.
