Özet
The structure of composite restorations may deteriorate over time for various reasons. In such cases, aesthetic and functional integrity can be achieved with direct composite applications. For aesthetic reasons, existing tooth gaps can also be closed with direct composite applications. In the posterior region, patients apply to our clinic with functional complaints rather than aesthetics. Longer-lasting treatments can be applied with indirectly applied composites on teeth with large cavitations. In the treatment of brush abrasion, direct composite can be applied. Fiber reinforced splint can be applied in teeth with mobility. In the presence of mobility associated with tooth deficiency, the missing tooth can be filled with a composite pontic in combination with a fiber reinforced splint. In this case report, the procedures required to ensure the structural and aesthetic continuity of the tissues in patients who apply to our clinic with aesthetic and functional complaints are explained through clinical cases.
