Özet
This work present calix[4]arene dansyl-derivatives were capped with Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles and subsequently encapsulated with Candida rugosa through sol-gel method and to enhance catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of lipase for hydrolysis reaction of racemic flurbiprofen methyl ester. At different pH and temperature conditions catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of these materials were assayed and it was found that the resultant encapsulated enzyme displayed higher thermal and operational stabilities compared to the free encapsulated lipase without calix[4]arene derivative. The results of catalytic activity and enantioselectivity of the encapsulated lipases in the hydrolysis reaction of racemic flurbiprofen methyl ester indicate that both of the encapsulated lipases exhibit higher conversion and enantioselectivity compared to the free-encapsulated lipase.
