Aim: To investigate the intra- and inter-rater reliability of the face‑to‑face assessment and tele‑assessment of performance-based tests in older adults. Findings: The results of this study suggest that the Timed-Up and Go, Five Times Sit-to-Stand Test, and 4-Meter Walk Test (4MWT) seem to be reliable tools of tele-assessment in older adults. Message: These practical assessment tools can be used in home settings for older adults as tele-health interventions.
